Welcome to Private Guide Costa Rica!
Thousands of North Americans are visiting Costa Rica each year, making it one of the most popular destinations in the world. Costa Rica is a small country, but there is an endless supply of awe-inspiring attractions, pristine beaches and exotic species of plants and animals. It would be impossible to explore this country in just one visit, that’s why most visitors frequent this country 1-2 times per year. Costa Rica is becoming the “go-to” destination for those seeking adventure, tranquility and beauty.

Privateguidecostarica.com is loaded with valuable information to help you decide where to visit in Costa Rica and what activities to partake in. You can view our exclusive videos, browse our selection of tours, explore our photo gallery, chat live with one of our bilingual representatives and you can even select a private nature guide for your trip. The PGCR staff is available 24 hours per day to help you organize the perfect vacation!

Privately guided travel is becoming more and more popular. “Winging it” is an unused term here in Costa Rica. One tiny hick-up in your travel plans can result in a disastrous vacation. Take advantage of our services and put your mind at ease.

Getting Started:
Browse our website, get to know our guides and the different regions of Costa Rica. You will rapidly become familiar with the many services we provide and the way we conduct our company. Then, to the best of your ability, fill out the Quick Reserve form and begin the process of organizing your trip to Costa Rica. Once you have submitted the form, one of our bilingual staff members will review it and respond to your request within 12 hours. The quick reserve form is a fast and easy way for us to understand your interests, budget and expectations.

If you’d like to speak to us immediately, try the live chat or call our USA number located at the top of this page.

Something to Consider:
There are several websites offering similar services, but very few have actual offices and roots in Costa Rica.  We have a great web presence, but our local presence in Costa Rica is second to none.
Our offices are located in the Capital city of San Jose and the Central Pacific Costal city of Jaco Beach.   We are licensed by the National Board of Tourism (ICT), which gives us great recognition with government agencies, large hotels and other referring companies.  Let’s just say…people use us!

Thank you!
